As a legal counsel of the Department of Antibiotics of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group, Mr. Chambers Yang provides all-around legal services for the Group on introduction of advanced foreign technologies of pharmacy and medical patents, including reviewing and modifying in Chinese and in English patent licensing agreements, technology import agreements, technology development agreements, technical services agreements, etc. Mr. Yang also provides legal services on the introduction and licensing of technology in the process of incorporating equity joint ventures and contractual joint ventures by this Group and foreign investors.
