The two parties are famous pharmaceutical enterprises respectively in China and in Italy. In order to join efforts in developing new pharmaceutical project, the two parties decide to set up an EJV in Shanghai. Mr. Chambers Yang, on behalf of the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group, provides legal services including intention negotiations, drafting of EJV contract and articles of association, and negotiations and documents preparation of technology license contracts. After the EJV’s establishment, Mr. Yang was appointed as its permanent legal advisor.
