CCOIC Mediation Center Renewed the Engagement of Mr. Chambers Yang as Mediator

A new list of mediators of China Counsil for the Promotion of International Trade (“CCPIT”)/ China Chamber of International Commerce (“CCOIC”) Mediation Center has been released after being approved in the first meeting of 8th CCPIT/CCOIC president conference. The engagement of Mr. Chambers Yang as mediator of CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center was renewed from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2016. Mr. Chambers Yang, with his first engagement in 2002, has been continuously engaged as mediator of CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center.


CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center was founded in 1987, which is a professional agency engaging in Alternative Dispute Resolution and resolving civil dispute independently and impartially for parties both in China and overseas. The Mediation Center has established a list of mediators, which includes professional personnel with moral and knowledge, and promises the efficient resolution of civil disputes and high quality of legal services for clients.

384 personnel were engaged as the mediators in this conference, 312 of which are from P.R.C. (207 of which were renewed and 105 of which were newly engaged), and other 72 are from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas (38 of which were renewed and 34 of which were newly engaged).
